Payouts: holds, tiers and schedule

How it works: each sale's earnings are held for a period, then sent to your Stripe Connect account together with everything else that has cleared — weekly or daily, you choose on Dashboard → Payouts. There is no minimum amount, and pinpinmo charges no payout fee.

Holds depend on your payout tier:

| Tier | Conditions | Digital | Print-on-demand | Reserve | |---|---|---|---|---| | New | where everyone starts | 14 days after payment | 21 days after shipment | 10%, held 90 days | | Standard | 10+ orders, refunds under 5%, disputes under 1% | 7 days | 14 days after shipment | 10%, held 60 days | | Trusted | 50+ orders, refunds under 3%, disputes under 0.5% | 3 days | 7 days after shipment | 5%, held 60 days | | Under review | refunds over 10% or disputes over 1% | 30 days | 30 days after shipment | 20%, held 120 days |

Rates are over the last 180 days. The reserve is a slice of each sale held longer, to cover late refunds and chargebacks; it is paid to you in full when its hold ends. Standard and Trusted also need your authorization to recover chargebacks from your Stripe balance — one checkbox on the Payouts page. A change of tier applies to new sales; money already on hold keeps its dates.

Refunds and chargebacks: a refund is taken back from the sale's payout, or from your next payouts if it was already paid. If a buyer opens a chargeback, that sale's unpaid earnings are frozen; if they were already paid, the disputed amount plus Stripe's $15 dispute fee is deducted from your next payouts. Win the dispute and everything is released and returned; lose it and the deduction stands.

The one prerequisite: completed identity verification (KYC). Selling works without it, but Stripe cannot transfer funds to an unverified account. If your payout shows as waiting, this is almost always why — verification takes minutes and any held payouts go out with your next payout.

Reconciling: the Earnings page accounts for every cent between "sold" and "paid out".
