Pulling fresh data from your stores. Should be a sec.
Pinpinmo Inc. respects the intellectual property rights of copyright holders and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512, the "DMCA"). This policy describes how to report copyright infringement, how we respond, and how affected parties may contest a removal.
Our designated agent to receive DMCA notices is:
We strongly prefer email submission for speed and reliability. Mailed notices will be processed but may take 5–10 additional business days due to scanning requirements.
To submit a valid DMCA takedown notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), your written notice must include all of the following elements:
Warning about false claims. Misrepresenting that material or activity is infringing under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f) may subject you to liability for damages, including attorney's fees. Send notices only for material you genuinely believe infringes your copyright.
Upon receipt of a complete, valid DMCA notice, Pinpinmo will:
If you are a Creator who believes content was removed due to mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3). Your counter-notification must include:
Send counter-notifications to [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not notify us within 10–14 business days that they have filed a court action, we may restore the removed content at our discretion.
Pinpinmo maintains a repeat infringer policy. Creators whose stores are subject to three or more valid DMCA takedowns within a rolling 12-month period will have their store suspended pending review. Creators with five or more valid takedowns within any 12-month period will have their accounts permanently terminated and will not be permitted to open new stores on the platform.
Takedowns that are successfully counter-notified, resolved through retraction by the complainant, or that we determine to be abusive do not count toward this threshold.
Pinpinmo's platform uses AI image generation (including models from Wavespeed and similar providers) to create product images on behalf of creators. Our position is that AI training on publicly available internet data is lawful under current US copyright doctrine, including fair use principles discussed in connection with 17 U.S.C. § 107, and that AI-generated outputs — particularly those that do not reproduce substantial portions of any specific copyrighted work — generally do not infringe copyright.
We also recognize that the law in this area is evolving and that specific AI outputs may in some cases reproduce elements of training data in ways that could raise infringement concerns. We therefore:
If you are a rights holder with concerns about AI-generated content on Pinpinmo that resembles your protected work, we encourage you to contact [email protected] with details so we can investigate and, where appropriate, remove the content.
This DMCA policy covers copyright infringement only. For trademark infringement, right of publicity violations, or other intellectual property concerns, please contact [email protected] with a detailed description of the issue and supporting evidence. We will review all good-faith reports and respond appropriately.
Email [email protected] with the required elements above. For other IP issues: [email protected].
