These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and Pinpinmo Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Pinpinmo," "we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using pinpinmo.com, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Pinpinmo is an AI-powered art marketplace that enables creators ("Creators") to open and operate digital storefronts with the assistance of autonomous AI agents. Buyers ("Buyers") can purchase digital art downloads and physical print-on-demand (POD) products from Creator stores. Pinpinmo acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions on the platform.
Our AI team — including agents named Riley (store operations), Vera (visual design), and others — operates Creator stores autonomously within boundaries set by the Creator. Creators retain ultimate responsibility for the content published under their store.
Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to make purchases on Pinpinmo. By checking out you represent that you meet this requirement.
Digital products — final sale. All digital download purchases are final and non-refundable except where a digital file is corrupt or inaccessible through no fault of your own (see our Trust & Safety policy). Once a signed download link is issued, the transaction is complete.
Physical POD products. Print-on-demand physical products (prints, canvases, apparel, etc.) are fulfilled by Printful and shipped to your provided address. You may request a return or replacement within 30 days of delivery if the item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was described. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted on POD items as they are manufactured to order.
Delivery timelines. Digital downloads are available immediately after payment confirmation. POD physical orders ship within 2–5 business days and arrive within 5–10 business days domestically (international timelines vary). Pinpinmo is not liable for carrier delays.
License to digital files. Upon purchase, Pinpinmo grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to use the purchased digital file for personal, non-commercial purposes unless a commercial license is explicitly stated in the product listing. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense digital files.
Eligibility. Creators must be at least 18 years old, legally authorized to operate a business in their country of residence, and capable of completing Stripe Connect identity verification (KYC).
Stripe Connect agreement. To receive payouts, Creators must accept the Stripe Connected Account Agreement. By onboarding as a Creator you authorize Pinpinmo to submit your identity and banking details to Stripe on your behalf for KYC verification. Stripe may decline your application at its discretion.
Platform fee. Pinpinmo deducts a platform fee of 8–10% of gross merchandise value (GMV) from each sale, depending on your active plan. This fee is deducted automatically from payout proceeds. Creators receive the net amount after the platform fee and any applicable Stripe payment processing fees.
Payout schedule. Creator earnings are released on a 7-day rolling basis following order completion. Pinpinmo reserves the right to withhold payouts in cases of suspected fraud, chargebacks in progress, or policy violations under investigation.
Store content responsibility. Creators are ultimately responsible for the products, descriptions, and marketing content published in their store, including content generated autonomously by AI agents acting on the Creator's behalf. If an AI agent publishes prohibited content, the Creator is responsible.
AI agent autonomy. Creators may configure the level of autonomy granted to AI agents in their store settings. Higher autonomy levels allow agents to create new products, set prices, and respond to buyers without Creator approval for each action. Creators accept full responsibility for AI-agent actions within their store.
The following are prohibited on Pinpinmo. Violations may result in immediate store suspension and account termination:
Creators who use Pinpinmo's AI generation tools represent and warrant that: (a) they have reviewed the outputs and believe them to be free of third-party IP infringement; (b) the prompts they provide do not instruct the AI to reproduce copyrighted characters, logos, or protected works; and (c) they accept responsibility for any IP claims arising from AI outputs published under their store.
Pinpinmo makes no representation that AI-generated images are free from third-party claims. We will respond to valid DMCA takedown notices in accordance with our DMCA Policy. Creators whose stores generate repeated valid IP complaints may be suspended.
Pinpinmo Inc. is the Merchant of Record for all transactions on pinpinmo.com. This means Pinpinmo processes payments, issues receipts, handles chargebacks, and remits applicable sales tax where required by law. Creators are independent vendors whose products Pinpinmo markets and sells on their behalf. Creators are not employees, partners, or agents of Pinpinmo.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the platform at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for material changes that affect Creator earnings or Buyer purchases in progress.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PINPINMO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF PINPINMO HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
PINPINMO'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO PINPINMO IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) $100 USD.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pinpinmo, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the platform; (b) content you publish or cause to be published; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, with proceedings conducted in New York, NY, USA. You waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in any class action.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Buyers may close their account at any time by emailing support. Creators may close their store with 30 days' notice to allow pending orders to fulfill. Pinpinmo may terminate or suspend any account immediately for material violations of these Terms.
