Credits: what they buy and how to top up

Credits are the metered fuel for everything AI does in your store:

• Image generation — product artwork, logos, banners, mockup styling.
• Copywriting — product descriptions, brand copy, marketing text.
• Agent chat — working sessions with your AI team.

What you get:

• Free plan — 500 starter credits, upgraded to 1,000 when you complete KYC. Enough for a full launch with regeneration headroom.
• Pro ($9.99/mo) — 10,000 credits monthly, plus lower take rates (pricing).
• Top-ups — buy more anytime in Dashboard → Credits: $1 per 1,000 credits on Pro, $2 per 1,000 on Free. Each model's price in credits is listed on the same page.

How credits are deducted: agent chat and copywriting by the tokens each call uses; image and video generation by the listed price per generation for the chosen model. Every single deduction is itemised in Billing, so you can see exactly which generation or conversation used what.

Running low mid-launch? Generation pauses rather than failing silently; top up and re-run the step. Your daily generation limits are configurable in store defaults if you want a spending ceiling.
